shipping & returns

All ready-made orders will be posted via Royal Mail within 1-3 working days. Where items are made to order or custom, please allow 1-2 weeks before they are shipped; however, should you need an order sooner, please get in touch quoting your order number, using the contact form. Once an item has been posted, you will receive an email and (where relevant) a tracking number for your purchase.

 

All of my packaging is recycled and/or recyclable. I do not use any single-use plastic in my packaging. Please dispose of packaging responsibly.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase or you're dissatisfied with your product, please use the contact form, quoting your order number, to let me know the reason for your return. Returns are valid for up to two weeks from postage date for UK customers and up to one month for international buyers. The item must be returned in its original condition and buyer pays for return postage.

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns for custom orders, but please get in touch if uou have any issues with your purchase.
